A stamp embosser or address embosser is used either to create a logo, monogram or any other symbol on behalf of an organization or for personal purpose. You can represent a person or an organization through embossing seals. Our Combination Address / Monogram embossers combine both products into one unique personalized gift. Each custom embossers/ Combination address / monogram embosser features three initials on the first line, followed by additional lines of text that can be used for your address or any other custom wording you would like. Our combination address / monogram embossing plates measure 2" wide by 1" tall and the bottom two lines will accept up to 26 characters per line. The Black Gift Address-Monogram product is an outstanding and versatile unit, a felt base ensures no slipping during use. This embossing seal adds a special and unique touch to any home or office. The black gift address-monogram embosser has a black matte color and will reach about a 1-1/2" from the edge of the paper. This unit of stamps and embossers is suitable for one sheet of 24-26lb paper. The custom monogram embosser or stamp embosser we provide, are used to create a raised image on things like books, napkins etc. The main reason why custom embossers and address embossers are so much in demand is because you can quickly make impressions from them without wasting much of time.

The text displayed below are just examples on our font styles we offer. We recommend no more than 26 characters per line (including spaces) on our address embossers; Longer lines of text will either need to be condensed or shrunk to fit the area which will impact the appearance of your embossed address. Please request a PDF proof prior to production if you have any doubts.

If you have a long address that contains over 26 characters we do have the option of splitting these into a fourth line for you. Combination Embossers are available in several different formats as pictured below for each font set. The Maximum area we have to work with on the die plates are 1" tall by 2" wide. Choosing Seal Orientation

When Ordering your address embosser the orientation refers to what direction on the sheet of paper the embosser comes in from. We have an equal number of requests for Top and Bottom orientation. Embosser Orientation is what direction of the page you would like the insert to imprint from. Choosing a TOP ORIENTATION is for when you want your embossed image to come from the TOP of the page for example in the use of stationary applications. BOTTOM ORIENTATION will imprint from the bottom of the page, for example if you were embossing Envelope Flaps with an Address Embosser - you want to select a Bottom Orientation. For Address Embossers using the 1" x 2" Die Holder Orientation is available only from the Top or Bottom.

Selecting Paper Weight

Our embossers are guaranteed to work on standard 20-24lb weight paper, however many designs will also emboss well on light-weight to medium-weight (40lb) cover stock or cardstock. The designs that will work the best on heavier paper will be smaller, simple designs WITHOUT a lot of text. Layouts that are larger, detailed, or have a lot of text can produce light or uneven impressions on heavier paper - if you require a special application it is strongly suggested that you send in a sample paper or contact us for help. We can not overemphasize to our customers that paper weights, styles and surfaces varies from supplier to supplier and that we can only guarantee the impression on a standard sheet of 20-24lb paper or on unlined envelopes.
