One of my favorite toys or gadgets happens to be a stamper. Yes, I love all things stationary but this little guy is just so helpful. It reads: keep practicing/ needs improvement. To me, it seems like it's motivational. But the best thing about it, is It's a whole lot easier that writing out the words.

I really enjoy using my needs improvement, keep practicing stamp. It is a great way to let my students know that they need to brush up their skills and really hone in on the assignment. Unfortunately, I find myself using it way too often..in other words, the work of my students lately has been a little subpar.
