I had a very satisfactory experience. After placing my order I was contacted by an employee by email to let me know that the font I had chosen wasn't the best choice for the item I was purchasing. I had immediate feedback each time I communicated with the company. There was a slight delay in getting the product due to manufacturing issues but I was very pleased with product.
