The Regular Notary Scales of Justice is a good reliable basic stamp, the Regular Notary Scales of Justice does require the use of a separate rubber stamp pad, the regular hand stamps are the most economical stamp choices available.

We manufacture these stamps with two different setups with a registration/commission number and without depending upon what your state requires. For some states this is an optional element for the stamp, which if you include this on your order we will manufacture the stamp accordingly. If you want to make any special modifications to the setup please simply place a note in the special instructions. Notary Stamps are formatted state specific.
