So How Long does it take to get my order?
At ACORN We understand when
you want it now, you need it now - we can help. Our Standard Turnaround
Time (or production time) for most products* is 24 - 48 hours -
meaning once you submit your order. We will process, manufacture and ship
with a 24 - 48 hour time window. Our Standard Shipping charge is a flat
rate of $6.95 regardless of how big or how small your order is. With
Standard Shipping, your order will either leave our facilities with UPS Ground
Service or through USPS.

International Shipments |
| We do ship Internationally, however the Flat Rate Shipping Charges
for Standard Ground run $15.00 US for International Shipments, and
please allow additional time for items to route themselves through
customs. Customers who are seeking Express shipping for
International Shipments, these will be billed on an actual cost for UPS
Worldwide Express Service. We apologize but we are unable to offer
free shipping specials to international shipments. |
PLEASE NOTE: that turnaround time for your job begins calculating once your order has been placed, and there are no problems with your order
(i.e. invalid credit cards or inaccurate order information) Our offices
are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, and as a result, these days are not
considered when calculating turnaround time - only business operating days.
In Addition, turnaround time does not include shipping time, and you should
allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you
select. ACORN Sales Company, Inc. assumes no responsibility for shipping
delays caused by delivery carriers or damages resulting from failure to receive
merchandise on time. Our expected arrival date - also known as delivery
date - is an estimate only. As a result, we can not be held responsible for
delivery delays once your package leaves our facility.
