ACORN Sales Company Inc. shall not be liable for any defects or
damage caused by the misuse of our seals. In the event defects should occur, we
will repair or replace the defective seal with
a seal of identical size and impression without charge within 2 working
days of the receipt of the defective embosser.
A. Normal Usage
Normal usage constitutes daily business or personal uses for which
the seal was designed. This includes embossing on paper or documents.
Normal usage does not include commercial or industrial stamping or any
use where the original seal has been modified or used in conjunction
with any type of stamping machine. B. Proper Care
Custom-made ACORN
Seals should be stored in a dust-free environment. Seals
should be kept where the temperature is moderate - extreme heat or cold (such as
the inside of a car on a summer's day) might cause the counter die of the
embosser to become misaligned, resulting in an uneven impression. Do not
worry, this is a repairable condition.

Repair/ Replacement
To obtain repairs or replacements within the terms of
this guarantee, please call ACORN at (804) 359-0505 to obtain information on
guarantee performance. ACORN Sales Company shall, within 2 working days of
receipt of the embosser, at its discretion, repair any seal that becomes
inoperable due to defect, or if the seal cannot be repaired, replace it with
one of identical size and impression without charge.
The performance of duties under this guarantee shall not be required of ACORN
Sales Company, Inc.; if ACORN Sales Company, Inc. can show that the defect,
malfunction or failure of any seal to conform with this guarantee was caused by
damage not resulting from defect or malfunction. While in your possession or
unreasonable use including failure to provide reasonable and necessary
maintenance. D. Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, SHALL ACORN
SALES COMPANY, INC. BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL,
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SEAL. ACORN SALES COMPANY INC.'S
TOTAL LIABILITY WILL BE FOR REPLACEMENT ONLY. |
