Tax-exempt purchases can sometimes seem confusing, which is why
our Customer Service team is standing by to help make these steps as quick and easy as
possible. Below you’ll find some of the most common questions regarding

|Who qualifies for
||Within the State of Virginia schools, non-profit organizations, public
charities, churches and other religious organizations generally
qualify for tax-exempt purchases under federal law.
Private businesses, chambers of commerce, social and
recreational clubs generally do not qualify for tax-exempt
