I bought this BILLED stamp because it has a box to put more information in. I usually write the date in the box so I remember when a service was billed out. This is a great stamp to use daily, the ink is bold and clear.

It just made sense to buy this billed stamp. It is practical with the box where you can write a name or date. I use it every day in our finance office and wonder how I ever did my job well without it.

I really like that my BILLED stamp came with red ink already in it. The red stands out and gets my attention. Office stamps help me to keep paperwork organized. I know what papers to file and which ones to pass on to someone else.
